The Wisconsin Sheep Breeders Cooperative is involved in a host of activities that benefit and serve the industry. Currently the cooperative:

• Publishes the Wisconsin Shepherd, a non-subscription newsletter that is mailed to over 3000 addresses across the state, upper-Midwest and the nation
• Publishes an annual membership directory, which is sent to the mailing list of the Wisconsin Shepherd
• Supports and provides awards for youth involved in sheep projects
• Provides scholarships for FFA, 4-H, high school seniors and college students
• Provides funding for Youth Educational Activities throughout the state
• Supports the Wisconsin Make it Yourself With Wool program
• Sponsors the Wisconsin Ram Test
• Sponsors the Wisconsin Bred Ewe Sale
• Sponsors Used Equipment Sale
• Supports the Wisconsin Livestock Breeders Association Spring Preview Show
• Supports the WLBA Junior Livestock Shows
• Hosts the Wisconsin Wisconsin Sheep & Wool Festival
• Member Wisconsin Livestock & Meats Council
• Supports Junior Lead Class, Wisconsin State Fair
• Hosts a website for Wisconsin sheep producers
• Supports and operates the Wisconsin Wool Works! retail sales and promotion booth at the Wisconsin State Fair.
• Sponsors the Wisconsin Show Camp
